  • Cleaner applications: Name, contact details, address, work history, DBS status, right to work documents, availability, and bank/payroll details.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health information or biometric data) unless specifically required and with your explicit consent.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Enquiries and quotes (not converted): 12 months from last contact.
  • Client contracts and records: 7 years after contract end (for legal and tax purposes).
  • Cleaner employment records: 7 years after end of engagement.
  • Website analytics: 26 months (Google Analytics default).
  • Email correspondence: 3 years unless part of an active contract.

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
